SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped through Canada Post or Purolator.
Processing times can range from 7-14 business days. An email will be sent when your order has been processed.
Shipping times can range from 2-30 days depending on your location. All shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed arrival dates. We currently only ship in Canada.
If you choose local pick-up option (Grande Prairie County No.1 residents only) you are obligated to pick-up within 14 days of your item being processed and ready for pick-up. If pick-up is not complete by 14 days despite multiple attempts from the us, we reserve the right to cancel your order with no refund and decline the option of local pick-up in the future.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery. We understand it is unfortunate when this happens if you have any concerns please contact us at dallasmaggiephotos@gmail.com.
We are not responsible for paying any additional fees regarding taxes, shipping or other. They must be paid by the customer in accordance with the taxes in their place of residence.

REFUND POLICY
We currently do not accept returns as all items are made to order to reduce the risk of over stocking.
Once your order is placed and sent for fulfillment/processing we are unable to cancel your order. Please ensure sizing, colours and items are correct before placing your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue.
Refund Requests
You can always contact us regarding any refund requests at dallasmaggiephotos@gmail.com. We will send a response in regards to the refund request within 10 business days. To ensure the best service please include photos and dates in your initial request.
If refund request is approved, you will receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping to return the item must be paid by the customer who purchased the item. A refund is not applicable to shipping of any use or form.
